Staff Benefits

As a small independent coffee shop, bar & restaurant we were able survive the last two years by being progressive, dynamic, ambitious, creative, varied, niche, visionary and positive. We are repeatedly referred to as the best place in Rugby on Google Reviews and TripAdvisor, because we care about guest experience.

We serve delicious Flying Horse coffee & have a more varied backbar, a well curated drink edit which includes entry level & fine wines, cocktails, real ale, IPA & excellent liquors including a selection of Japanese whiskies. All baristas regardless of experience receive external training & have the opportunity to visit the Flying Horse roastery at Mare Street Market in London.

Staff welfare and development are also of paramount importance and we recognise and respect everyone on the team’s contribution regardless of their or title.
